These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services offered by tfolk technologies (“tfolk”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including SchoolConnect, BusTrack, and the custom software development services listed on tfolk.com/services.
By using our website, subscribing to a product, or engaging us for a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.

3. Our Products & Services
We offer two categories of offerings:
- Subscription software — SchoolConnect and BusTrack, billed as recurring monthly or annual plans to schools and institutions.
- One-time services — custom software, mobile app development, web dashboards, and design/writing packages listed on our services page, billed as a fixed price per project or package.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in Indian Rupees (INR), via our payment processor.
- Plan pricing and included features are listed on the relevant product page (e.g. SchoolConnect pricing) and may change with notice before your next billing cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
5. One-Time Service Engagements
- Scope, deliverables, and price for one-time services are agreed in writing (email or invoice) before work begins.
- Payment terms (advance/milestone/full payment) are specified at the time of booking.
- Refund eligibility for one-time services is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details on our own servers — these are handled directly by our payment processor under its own security and compliance standards.
7. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when signing up or placing an order.
- Use our products and services only for lawful purposes.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse our software.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, trademarks, and content on our websites and within SchoolConnect and BusTrack are the property of tfolk technologies unless otherwise agreed in writing. For custom development services, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our products and services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, tfolk technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
10. Grievance & Dispute Redressal
If you have a complaint, billing dispute, or grievance, please contact us first at hello@tfolk.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 15 business days. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction below.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted at https://tfolk.com/terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of our products or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
